At JDS Templates (Jack Does Sites), all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Digital Products
All templates sold on this website are digital products. Once access to a template has been granted, the product is considered delivered and cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for any digital product purchases.
Discord Access and Training
Access to our Discord community and any included training or resources is provided immediately upon purchase and is offered as a bonus. Because access is granted instantly, this access is non-refundable.
